  The Seasonal Weekly Pool Cleaning is our number one best-selling maintenance package and offers you a complete peak pool season of worry free fun in the sun!  This is Rochester’s best value in weekly pool maintenance and includes complete weekly pool cleaning with vacuuming, brushing, top skimming, water testing and balancing, and it includes chemicals used for regular maintenance (specialty chemicals that are considered non-maintenance chemicals that are used in very specific situations such as a phosphate remover or stain removal chemicals are not included and will be billed separately). We also empty and clean all pool baskets as well as backwash your sand filter leaving your pool clean, crystal clear, and always ready to use week after week.  The Seasonal Weekly Pool Cleaning package runs from the week after your opening and ends the week before Labor Day which is considered to be the peak pool season in our service area.  We come on the same designated day on a weekly basis to maintain your pool in tip top shape.  In the event that there is inclement weather making it difficult to clean your pool to our consistently high standards, we will notify you on your normal cleaning day and will reschedule the cleaning to the next acceptable day.  This usually only results in a one day delay of your cleaning in most cases. The client is also responsible for maintaining a proper physical water level in the pool using their garden hose throughout the week and other normally assumed responsibilities of pool ownership such as emptying skimmer baskets throughout the week and alerting us of any issues before your regularly scheduled appointment. 

  Weekly Service can be extended after the official end date, of the week before Labor Day. You must alert our our office staff that you would like to extend your weekly service by no later than August 2nd, 2024 otherwise your weekly service will end during the week of August 26th, 2024

  *The Seasonal Weekly Cleaning package can be extended beyond the official end date as well and is priced as outlined below.  In the event that your pool is green, brown, severely out of balance, and or filled with excessive debris at the time of opening, we will likely have to perform our Green to Clean service on your pool water before starting your Seasonal Weekly Cleaning package.  More information for our Green to Clean Service can be found here.  Larger pools with multiple pumps, integrated spa systems, water slides, fountains or residential pools greater than 25,000 gallons are priced on a pool to pool basis and are NOT included in our package price as described above.

  Seasonal Weekly Cleaning Extension

  Seasonal Weekly Cleaning Extension is offered only to clients utilizing our Seasonal Weekly Cleaning package and it extends your weekly service after the official ending week of the week before Labor Day up to and including the week before your closing date.  The Seasonal Weekly Cleaning Extension is simply an extension of our seasonal weekly cleaning and it is the absolute best possible way for you to enjoy your pool for literally the entire and complete pool season opening to closing, without lifting a finger to maintain it.  

  Imagine not having to touch your pool vacuum once for an entire summer and that is what you get with being a part of our exclusive Seasonal Weekly Cleaning package.  Pricing for the Seasonal Weekly Cleaning Extension is priced at a weekly rate equal to the weekly rate of the Seasonal Weekly Cleaning.

One Time Pool Cleaning Highlights

One Time Pool Cleaning

Our One Time Pool Cleaning consists of a complete, top to bottom pool cleaning including vacuuming, brushing, and top skimming.  We also empty and clean all of your pool baskets in your skimmers and pump to optimize pool water flow and filtration.  We will backwash your sand filter to remove collected debris and bacteria built up inside of it as well.  As an added value, we will test your water and make suggestions as to which chemicals are necessary to have your water perfectly balanced and looking crystal clear.  The One Time Pool Cleaning is $139+tax per cleaning and appointments can be scheduled for arrival in as little as 24 hours and, often times, same day arrival is possible depending on availability.  The one time cleaning is designed for pools that have already been consistently maintained and these pools are fairly free of major amounts of debris.  Many of our clients use the One Time Pool Cleaning service before big weekend pool parties, graduation parties, or before out of town guests arrive so that their pool is sparkling clean and as clear as possible before the fun begins. Please call or text for availability and we do not guarantee availability during peak busy season. We will always fit you in if the schedule and availability allows.
